How I use your details
Short and plain. If anything here is unclear, just ask.
Who I am
I am Barth Brayan D. Serceña, a web designer and developer based in Maramag, Bukidnon, Philippines. I decide how your details are used, so I am responsible for them.
What I collect
When you send an inquiry or a message: your name, email, how you like to be reached (for example a WhatsApp number or a Messenger name), your business name and industry, and what you tell me about your project.
When we work together: your answers in the client portal, the files you upload, the agreement you sign (your typed name, the time, and the address and device you signed from), and a record of payments (amount, date, reference). I never ask for your card or bank passwords.
Why I use it
To reply to you, plan and build your website, make your agreement and invoices, keep our records, remind you about steps that are waiting, and give help after launch. I do not use it for anything else, and I do not sell it.
Who sees it
Only me. I use a few services to run the work: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Cal.com (booking a call) and, if we use one, Google Drive (a folder for your files). They handle your details for me and may store them outside the Philippines.
I share your details with anyone else only if you ask me to, or the law requires it.
How long I keep it
For as long as we are working together, and after that only as long as I need it for my records, taxes and support. If you ask me to delete your details and I do not need them for those reasons, I delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see the details I have about you, correct them, or have them deleted. You can also ask me to stop using them.
To ask, reply to any email from me, or send a message through the contact form on this site. I will answer within a few days.
If you are not happy with how I handled your details, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (privacy.gov.ph).
Changes
If I change this page I will update it here.
